2020 Lexus RX headline

All new for the 2020 Lexus SUV headline improved driving mechanics, huge upgrades to the Lexus Multimedia System and additional safety features that round out the RX. With three-row seating options, the 2020 Lexus RX is labeled a mid-model refresh, but it’s got all the dressings of a full bore redesign.

The legacy of the RX is no small tale, with over 1.3 million models produced over its lengthy 20-year run. Lisa Materazzo, V.P. of Lexus Marketing echoed this sentiment in an official statement to the press.

Biggest changes in the all-new Lexus RX

By far the biggest changes to the model are capped by the changes to the exterior styling and front fascia. The upgraded front grille and optional wheel choices for the RX model as well as the all-new F-Sport model make the 2020 Lexus RX one to remember.

The changes may seem subtle to the novice, but any Lexus fan can instantly tell the more aggressive shift in styling. Along with the all-new front grille, the 2020 RX has included several styling cues to take luxury to the next level.

Not everything about the all-new RX is window dressing, however. Lexus upgraded the new 2020 model with a power back door, optional kick sensor, and all-new redesigned triple-beam LED headlights. The RX Dual exiting exhaust system increases airflow and performance, and Lexus threw in a customized rear diffuser just for good measure.

Inside the Lexus infotainment system gets a huge boost with an optional 12.3-inch touchscreen system. Lexus has been known for its innovative “Remote Touch Interface” touch pad, and the 2020 RX improves this technology by making it easier to use and see. Standard Apple Play and Android integration make it easy for you to pair your favorite device to the all-new 2020 Lexus RX.
