Chances are if you were a fan of the late Fast and Furious star, you’ve seen your fair share of Paul Walker tribute videos and speeches. It’s been a three years since we lost the movie star to a tragic accident, but to many Walker will never leave their thoughts.
One such person is Fast 8 movie star Vin Diesel. While filming for the new movie, he took some time to post a Paul Walker Tribute from his Instagram page. The touching moment is an emotional tribute to the actor who has piloted many iconic cars in the movie series, including the famous Supra.
Vin Diesel has also posted several images with both he and Walker. One of the more recent ones shows the pair sitting alongside the set while filming the second Fast and Furious movie.
Diesel also posted a quote attached to this throwback image on Instagram.
Many of the crew members who have worked on several of the past Fast films are here again to help us make something special. One of them at the end of the week came up to me and said wow what we are capturing on film is excellent… And then looked at me and said Paul would be proud.
The latest installment in the Fast and Furious franchise is wrapping up filming in Cleveland. As if to echo the sentiments from Diesel, the new Fast and Furious movie, Fast 8 will feature a computer animated Paul Walker. It’s a fitting Paul Walker Tribute that is sure to make Fast 8 another instant classic.
It’s scheduled to be released in 2017 as another entry in the summer blockbuster. Alongside Vin Diesel, other stars such as Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Charlize Theron, Scott Eastwood, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez and Ludacris will also appear in the film.
