The Fast and Furious Jetta is one of the most recognized cars for fans of the movie series. There’s no mistaking the body lines and boxy appearance of this 1995 Volkswagen. Love it or hate it, the movie machine is owned by celebrity Frankie Muniz. Set to be auctioned off at the 2016 Scottsdale Barrett-Jackson event between January 23-31, it’s another chapter for the Fast and Furious cars.

Originally piloted by the character Jesse played by Chad Lindberg in the original movie, this Fast and Furious Jetta faced off against a modified Honda S2000 driven by Jonny Tran (Rick Yune) at Race Wars. His character was the main mechanic and tuner at the automotive tuning shop owned by Dominic Toretto played by Vin Diesel.

Although the Fast and Furious Jetta certainly won’t fetch as much as Paul Walker’s orange Toyota Supra, it’s definitely a collector’s item. Of course many of the Fast and Furious cars haven’t had such a kind ending, who can forget the R33 Skyline that was crushed by Homeland Security?

Powered by an extensive nitrous oxide system, the Fast and Furious Jetta features a bevy of exterior modifications. The signature flying guy on the side of the car, and the collection of cheaper bolt on performance parts from it’s era, the Jetta is certainly one of a kind. From the custom headlights to the painfully obviously 90’s rims, the Jetta is largely unmodified from it’s original movie form.

The Fast and Furious Jetta is also autographed by the late actor Paul Walker, who portrayed protagonist Brian O’Conner. It’s definitely one of the more unique Fast and Furious cars in the movie franchise, and certain to fetch a premium from some collector.

Ten Most Badass Movie Cars

Love them or hate them there's always a car you think about when the phrase "badass movie car" is heard, even if you've never seen the movie is from. What makes a movie car badass is up to your own personal perspective, so not everyone will agree with this countdown. Domestic or Import, RWD vs FWD vs AWD, or classic movie cars and antique collectibles are just some of the different flavors in which these badass movie cars come.

Many of these cars seen on TV and involved in some of your favorite movies can be some of the best, but this Ten Most Badass Movie Cars list is not for any car that could possibly exist. From the supercharged to the borderline comical, the only thing these cars share is that there's no way that any of them could ever exist, whether from practicality or the lack of physics.

Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift - 97 Mazda RX-7

Sporting the magnificent Veilside body kit and front conversion, this FD is piloted by Han throughout the film Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift and is definitely a badass movie car.

There's quite a few memorable scenes with this car, including an iconic slow motion drift scene around two Japanese girls in a Nissan Skyline.

Sporting some old school Racing Hart C5's this FD turned heads no matter where it went until meeting an unfortunate demise in the painful-to-watch crash scene towards the end.
