After a long offseason, the 1st Round of Formula Drift finally kicked off April 12 on the Streets of Long Beach. Scion Racing was there to capture highlights from Fredric Aasbo and Ken Gushi’s runs to the Great 8, and Tony Angelo’s debut of the newly built TAngelo Racing Scion FR-S.
Dai Yoshihara had a disappointing 2013, but his new car has certainly turned heads as Dai put on an absolute show in the Final Four. Facing off against Vaughn Gittin Jr the match came down to the wire as Dai emerged victorious after Gittin clipped an outside cone to fall against this matchup of previous Formula DRIFT Champions.
