According to multiple news sources, the Trump administration is prepared to announce that it will be removing California’s right to regulate automotive greenhouse emissions. If so, the rumors surrounding the demise of California EPA regulations is true. This would effectively remove emission-related regulations that California has long championed.
Environmental Protection Agency Director Andrew Wheeler recently told the press that, “We will be moving forward with one national standard very soon.”
