2018 Ford Mustang Convertible Spied

New spy shots of the 2018 Ford Mustang convertible have surfaced, thanks to Brian Williams at SpiedBilde. The new convertible Mustang had been rumored for quite some time, and it appears as though Ford is finally ready for release.

These new spy shots of the 2018 Ford Mustang convertible have dropped just before the 2016 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Could the new convertible Mustang make an appearance at the largest automotive car show in the world?

Fresh off it’s redesign and launch in 2015, the Mustang has been a huge success for Ford. It appears as though Ford will be making more than just a few tweaks to the overall design and look in the 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible.

In conjunction with the 2018 Ford Mustang convertible, there’s also more to the new Mustang than meets the eye. Along with the new convertible Mustang, a new Mach 1 trim should also make it’s debut.

There’s also expected to be at least 2 special editions offered in the new 2018 Ford Mustang. Best of all, according to most reports there’s also a new 10 speed automatic transmission as well.

Styling behind the new 2018 Ford Mustang also look much different than its predecessors. Sleeker and slightly longer front end combined with a wider rear and and quarter panels are just a few of the things we notice in these 2018 Ford Mustang convertible spy shots.

There’s also some talk about Ford doing away with the V6 engine option for the 2018 Mustang, although there’s nothing to confirm that talk. What do you think about these 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible spy shots? What would you like to see most in the new Ford Mustang?
