i guess it all depends on the hp numbers you are looking for, what kind of response you want, and what kind of budget you have when deciding on which turbo kit you should buy.

also are you planning on doing the work yourself or having a shop do it?

id def. do the ls1 swap. fast car and it trips peolpe out to see a import beatin the ground like an old school muscle car. not to hate on the 7 but not a very reliable daily driver. had a turbo 2 fc and sold that beast in 2 weeks. didnt like the cold weather and it fooled plugs like mother after my bud bought it

enough budget for anything. for hp im looking for something that can be driven daily and still drag at atlanta motorspeedway well. i was thinking mabey the HKS T51 turbo but that might be too much.
im going to try to do what i can by myself and some friends and then take it to a shop or not. ive heard bad things about shops

1/4 mile like 10 or 9.
the one i was going to buy was in a wreck so the body needs a lot of work. the engine is ok i still need to do somethings to get it running. so basicly theres a lot of work needed to be done.

couple if things:
first, if the car isnt running, then 99% chance that the engine is blown!
second, have you bought an FD yet?
third, if you have not bought an FD yet, and you want a 9 or 10 sec FD, then your best bet is to buy one that is already built! the cost to build a 9 or 10 second FD would be VERY expensive. if you are serious about wanting a 9 or 10sec FD, I know of 2 very nice ones for sale at very reasonable prices. let me know if you are interested and i can get you more info.

Hell, if you have the money go for a 20b swap. I'd just get the engine rebuilt with ceramic and ceramicoated everything, a cosmo fuel pump, bigger injectors, a turbo upgrade, suspnsion mods, wider tires, push out the fenders a bit, then lower weight.
