why? looking to get it done to your future gsr? just to let you know, this isnt gran turismo and porting and polishing isnt very cost effective and is usually only done by hardcore guys looking to squeeze every last bit out of their setup. its definitely not a "first mod".

hahabut seriously, porting your heads isnt really ideal unless its pretty much the last thing you are doing. for the same money you can get a nice turbo kit and make 3x the power per dollar as heads. |

Port and polish what? a head? if you are looking for true NA power in a LS/VTEC going someplace like portflow is your best bet. They have the experience and knowledge in porting heads and building them. Let me know if you have any further questions

i had my head ported....im still kinda dizzy......see if you can find a shop that trades 1 for 1. as in they give you a cleaned ported and polished head in exchange for your old one, might save some time and they usually cost a little less with the core exchange.

just one question on this.
does the port and polish wear out? i know the removal of steel, lol. doesn't get worn but the part where they actually like polish it.o and i read to stay away from people who leave sharp edges or something when they do the port and polish.

well carbon will build up on exhaust ports, but your intake side will stay smooth.
