Default how long for a part to be deliver?

OK... so I order a red valve cover for B16A last april, and still have not recieved it. Not even an email of lateness or a curtessy call. I called Prostreet later in the month and they told me is in back order because the item was out of stock, I undestood that. Then, later next month I call again and i was the same answer, I asked for an estimated shipping date, I was told the shipment will get to the store in a week, nothing. June comes by, and still nothing; when I called I ask for a refund, they were "very sorry about not being able to get the item on time" (Their exact words) that they "CAN" gime a full refund. It is now almost September and still no money.

Can somebody explain whats going on?... Maybe a Moderator on this forum is a worker or something in the store. Help me out here..... I dont like to give bad feedback to any sites or sellers, but come on people....
