Unhappy tuning a safc on 2g

i installed a SAFC and have 450's,2.5" o2 housing and catback,255 walbro,16g evoiii and am going to put 650's in,but dont have clue as to what i should set things to.am also having trouble with greddy egt gauge i installed it is pegged @12 even after i hooked up-i got it used.
any suggestions?

if your EGT gauge is pegged at 12, I would try a different ground, if that doesnt solve it, then its your probe sorry to say

If you are tuned at 450s and are stepping up to 660s with no additional mods, I would decrease the fuel settings roughly 20 percent to compensate, keep in mind, this is with no other mods than fuel, and a dyno is the true way to tune your car.

the gauge was pegged at 12 before i connected to power or probe.i did notice that there is an opening with two screw type adjusters inside-what is it?
