I just dont know what real reason would be behind it. Why? to be more original? maybe Im just closed minded but maybe I dont really see a good reason why??

I mean, what would you do? Put a D16 "VTECH" motor into a Hearse? Usually you put the bigger motors into the smaller cars, not vice versa.

No?

space isn't a big factor in what your limited to do to a car to get it more hp. you can always move parts to get something else in. what the factor in the engine into a big muscle car is weight size of the car. yea you could put a rb into a muscle car or 2jz but those engines are not to designed to move a vehcile like that with out a lot of modification.

I'm sure the RB would fit, but bleh. Put that RB into a 240 instead, IMO

strong engine.but yeah, i'll just stick to the original.i actually don't like engine swaps.i don't hate engine swaps, just like to keep the cars originally made engine.
engine swaps make you wonder which engine works better with which car.

the mustang in Tokyo Drift has a single turbo RB26 in it, of course they will fit, muscle car bays are big, only advantage i can see is being able to tuck it up real nice and close to the firewall for weight balance

yeah maybe im off, but putting a RB into a old skool isnt going to get you much but originality points. V8 motors are cheap and plentiful and easy to work on / drop in / use factory parts. imaho of course.
