well if it's the screw-in type you just unscrew it from the base but if it's not then i don't know.

if its power assisted you will require both the mast and the mounts and replace both

yeah both right non power should just unscrew and replace power would i think be most likely in the rear of the car and you would need to access under the carpet and remove the whole assembly in the trunk area.
