bad service

hi has anyone else had terrible service from prostreet becasue they will not answer any of my emails or let me know what is going on with my order!!!!

have you checked your order status? I have had some slow orders but if you click live chat during business hours they usually can tell you what is going on

yeah the same thing happen with me. they said my order had shipped, but they really didnt even have it in stock. it ended up taking 3 or 4 weeks to get to my house.
