Default onsoku adjustble cam gears and stage 3 cams d16a9/ zc engine

I bought onsoku adjustable cam gears and stage 3 cams for d16a9/zc engine. Now is the question how i need to adjust cam gears?Crespo told me that when i assamble them on engine that i need to:
Intake Valve Lift @ TDC Overlap 2.30mm
Exhaust Valve Lift @ TDC Overlap 1.30mm
What is that mean?Is that maybe when i put my engine in tdc that i need to adjust cam gears in +intake 2.30mm and exhaust +1.30mm how will i now how much is that on cam gears because there are degrees each mark is 2degrees on crankshaft. Can anyone explain how that exatcly goes??thanks

when you bought the cams, did you get new lifters, rockers , bearings etc...? and the best place to adjust your cam gears is on a dyno, man i can only warn you once that if you advance or retard those gears too much and you put a valve into your piston, im only going to say i told you so. if you have no clue what your doing, take it to someone that does! the only place i would suggest adjusting your cams at is on a dynometer. your only guessing otherwise.
