Default Engine Swaps

hey...i want to get an engine swap in my civic
but of course ill never have that much money
but ive heard that getting an engine swap can cause more problems than what its worth
and if you guys think its a good idea
whats the best engine to put in it?
and about how much would the motor cost?

Hey man just go with boost. I have an 97 civc ex aswell and first i was gonna go with a swap, but then i did some research and decided to go with boost. It's a lot cheaper aswell.
