ROTM Rules:
- All nominations will take place one month before the actual competition month. For example, Voting and Nominations for ROTM Januaray '08 will take place in December '07.
- All nominations will take place from the 1st of the month to the 7th of the month of the month. For example, Nominations for ROTM Januaray '08 will take place in December between the 1st of the month to the 7th of the month 2007.
- Top 3 Nominations get voted on from the 8th of the month to the last day of the month with the exception of ROTM Jan '08, nominations will take place in Nov and voting will take place in Dec.
- If you win, you cannot be nominated for ROTM for one full year from the month you won
- If you win, you will be entered in the ROTY voting.
- You can not nominate yourself but can vote for yourself
- Threads may not have any additional pictures. Only 1 picture of each car nominated.
- In the event of a tie me and the other moderators will get together and vote for a winner.
- If a moderator is in the running for ROTM or ROTY and a tie is present, the persons who did not vote for the two tied candidates will make a second vote to break the tie.

ROTY Rules:
- ROTY voting will begin the 1st of January and end the 31st of January.
- Up to 5 pictures are allowed to be posted

ROTQ Rules
- Voting will take place on the third month of the quarter that will begin on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month.
- Up to 5 pictures are allowed to be posted

I will setup another thread in the "Winners Ciricle" just for the winner with his or her best pic. Along with a list of the other winners in that thread. I will replace the picture every month with the winners pic. If you have any other suggestions post it here.
