Hey everyone I'm about to get new suspension for my 89 240sx next month and I just wanted to know what would be the best choice for me. New springs and struts? or go with a full coil over kit?
any help would be appreciated, thanks. |

What are you goals for your car? You need to answer that before you pick a suspension. There are numerous suspensions due to different needs and different types of racing.

Before you get a suspension please answer these questions.
1) Have you practiced with your stock setup for at least 6 months? 2) Did you upgrade your rear sway bar yet? 3) Did you upgrade your inner tie rods and toe links? 4) Did you upgrade your LSD? If you haven't done the above steps yet in that order, you're not ready for coilovers IHMO. I mean no disrespect but I see so many people who want to rush into drifting without knowing the steps needed to do it. I see so many people skipping the elementary and high school part of drifting and want to go to the advance or college level right away. Please don't be one of those people.

No problem. Just mod slowly. Mod one thing in your suspension andget used to it. Let me know when you're ready for coils and I'll help you then
