Are you getting any spark? Do you have the ECU from the OBD2? What is happening when you crank? Any check engine lights?

Is your timing set properly? Also are there any codes? Why did you opt to run OBD II instead of just converting it to OBD-1 with a jumper harness. Make sure your timing is right, and make sure your firing order is right and make sure all your grounds are good.

Yep, I'd check your timing belt, make sure it's on correctly, and not off a few teeth. And also make sure your firing order is correct.

Check the firing order and check for codes. Firing order should be
3 4 1 2 |

There is also an ECU ground under your thermostat... if that's not hooked up, you're SOL. Check it!
