go here and create a photobucket account

after you create an account click browse to look through pictures on your computer after you find the one you want click upload MAKE SURE IT IS NOT OVER THE SIZE LIMIT (I have done this many time is frustrates me)

presto it is up loaded (or not so presto depending on your connection speed)

scroll down the page untill you see the picture that you want and click on the IMG Code it will copy it automaticly so all you have to do is paste it in the fourm





Now if you need to compress your photo to make the KB small enough to upload it you can use most photo software (its probably on the comp already, I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager for these quick jobs) open the "picture" drop down and you should see compress compress it to a preset size or one of your choosing (I usually compress to 700KB)

Make sure that if you compress it you use the "save as" or you will change the original.
