Default First step in my turbo build

ok so my first step would be finding a turbo,i already know what intercooler and B.O.V and WG, but here is the main step...a turbo,i want someone to help me or tell me a good small turbo to use, i heard t3/t4 is too big for my 90 integra LS,but i dunno so can someone give me the specs i would need fora turbo for my ride,i found a turbo and heres what it has

3" Inlet Diameter w/ 2" Out Diameter.

Wet Floating Bearings 1/8 NPT Oilinlet.

T3/T4 Flange 4bolt fit most after market manifold.
TO4E TurboCharge SPec:

Turbine Wheel Excuder 2.48"
Mayor 2.89"
Compressor Wheel Excuder 2.07"
Mayor 2.36"

ComPressor Turbine Trim
50 A/R 63 A/R 57 Trim

so how would this work, or is there something smaller then the t3/t4 that will do fine, or is this good, some one plz help me and let me know the specs for a turbo i should be looking for,im not after a big turbo im aftera nice small turbo, that will get the job done, thanks everyone ooo and im running 2.5" intercooler piping

you'd be better off ignoring the inducer and exducer numbers. Thats a lot of mumbo jumbo that for what you want, isnt needed. Heres my .02.

A turbo sized like this :

http://www.prostreetonline.com/buy/m..._turbo/mp5063/

is a perfect fit for your LS motor. the exhaust side is a .63 a/r which is the direct relation or "ratio" to the wheel size and the size of the exhaust housing. Piecing a kit together with this turbo is relatively cheap and very easy to do. What kinds of power levels were you looking for?

well um i have picked out isnt too bad is it?i mean would it work? ive heard of loosing the a/c in my car is using the wrong turbo manifold because the ram horn takes so much space and i figured i would also need smaller turbo to fit because its florida...it get so damn hot here lol i need my a/c,and that turbo there sounds decent (the one i posted the specs for) so would it work fine for a starter turboand if i want to upgrade could i evently get an upgraded turbo like the master?

well what is the A/R of the turbo you specified above? cant just give us the wheel numbers, we wont know. what type of comrpressor housing are you using? what type of exhaust housing? Also, there are plenty of kits out there that will fit with AC, but none will be ram horn type ( to the best of my knowledge ) if you want something as nice as the ram horn or equal length manifolds, you are gonna have to give up something ( power steering or ac ) one of the 2. But yeah, take a look around, theres a ton of kits that are ac compatible, which sounds perfect for what you need.

ok well i looked up the turbo i was talking about,it has the SAME specs as that master turbo,so im good so now i got my turbo decided my b.o.v my wg,intercooler, now i need to decide on turbo manifold, how about a blox manifold for a 94 integra, they use the same exhaust manifolds, all B series motors really will fit so would the blox log style do good? or does anyone else have something in mind?

The blox manifold is a great option for your needs, all you would need is a downpipe that would clear your AC. Theres some guys that work at Pro Street that have some used turbo B series stuff, you should hit up someone from there.

You might want to do a little more searching, there are quite a few companies ( Pro Street included ) that sell a 3 inch a/c compatible downpipe. its a tight fit mind you, and the radius required is expensive pipe but completely doable. good luck

to fit a DA, intercooler pipes are gonna be a bitch. I would go with 2.25 or 2.5 depending on what turbo and how much boost you want to run, but believel me when I say its difficult to piece piping together for DA.
