ok, i've decided to make a little i guess guide.but i've forgotten my original thoughts so this probably ain't gonna be full.
to get your triceps and biceps(i hope i spelled those right)strong get dumbbells, ok, now this is what you do.do the regular stretches.i hope you know them you should've done this on p.e. ok ,now that your warmed up you lift your maximum lbs. dumbbell you can lift with the one arm.do that as many as you can which actually should just be once, now you go to the next lower lbs. one and do that one as many times as you can (and repeat the lowering of the lbs. after you reach the limit of repetitions that you can do on each lbs.) you do this until your at the very lightest one.you should be very tired if you did exactly what i said. make sure you fully extend your arm to keep your muscles well. cause if you don't you realize that your arm stretch shrinks .,lol.i hope you know what i mean.and that should pump up your biceps and triceps.i don't know if it'll happen to everyone but you'll be sore for like 3 days,lol. so if it happens it's regular.

lol, dam wasn't looking at this anymore.
i don't have a twin. and i don't remember saying anything about a workout video,lol. technically there's some reasonable ways t watch your weight....stay in shape. don't um what's it called, lean forward, like bend um( lol, it's hella not sounding right) ....hmmm, just don't .....you know what, i don't need to tell you guys, figure it out yourself, not that hard to figure. if your just lazy, just eat like once a day, but with a good meal, with the vitamins. and don't squish your stomach by laying forward(like "<" type of lean)it'll make it stretch out giving a sagy stomach. like if your skinny, you'll have a saggy stomach,um belly. and when your lifting weights stretch out the muscle fully on the motion, or you'll just gain big pouching muscle with no real strength gain and lose flexibility of the muscle.
