well im 6'2" at 180 lbs. i am into yoga and some martial arts.,im not a fighter but i can defend when needed. and i can torque a bolt with a straight handle(like a screwdriver) to 17 ilbs., and guys twice the size of me cant even hit 10. and i can walk on my hands for 5 min. straight. get your buddy to try that

lol, dang, maybe i should've done body training instead of mind.
lol, well maybe i did do some body training in my spare time,lol. well, it's been 1 and a half yrs. since seen him. i was transfered schools, for having 20 in-school suspensions.caused by tardies. haven't seen my old friends since then. well maybe i've seen like 3-4 of my friends.

Hello friends! I have just started doing this and I would love to hear from others regarding this aspect as to how much bench pressing should be considered ideal for the newbies. I have already heard a lot of contradictory comments on this and all these information has confused me very much. The suggestions which came to me were from both sections who do workouts and those who do not. I thought the best place to know about this was from the experiences of the discussion communities such as these. So please guide me on this.

the average should be 25-45 lbs on each side.(for costing along)the bar should weigh 45lbs. add that to the lbs. on each side.
