Default Datsun 280z Question

I'm planning on buying a 1983 Datsun 280z turbo. The only thing wrong with it is the exhaust manifold. I have to pick it up and I was wondering if i may still be able to drive it back to my house without much trouble? I think the guy said it was cracked or something.

If it just has a small crack in the exhaust manifold that would not render the car undriveable. Ask him if he's driven it that way and if so drive the car home.

just baby it home. you wont damage anything with a crack in the exhaust manifold but your turbo wont spool for shit so dont bother.
