rx-8's are good cars, and have my full respect(except for the liars of hp claims)

each time i see one i think beautiful car. and i just realized the car i'm waiting for, rx-9(or was it kabura..something like that),lol.

think that was suppose to be the miata and rx-7 mixed edition...Mazda!!! when will you make it?

now to subject, can't wait for you people to show your stuff. i shall wait patiently as always.

The RX8 from what I understand was created to be more reliable (considering the FDs were a financial disaster for Mazda) than tunable for high power gains. What's sad is people have found ways to make the FDs more reliable. I wished Mazda kept the RX7 here in the states longer. I hope we can get a 20b or a 4 rotor in the new rx7. Yes I know I'm fishing for a 4 rotor. I hear rumors of the 16x going in a new 2011 RX8 but I would rather see it in a new RX7. I would love to see a modern version of the old FD body fitted with the 16x. New pics of the possible new RX7 are hideous.

Kabura will be put on hold but Mazda is watching eagerly what Toyobaru is doing with teh new AE86 and what Nissan's plans will be.

there's a tuner from one of the hot version showdowns that's going n/a with his rx-8. i wonder how it's going, last time i saw it made 200hp, for the 200hp rounds.

there's a naturally aspirated rx-7 pushing 400hp(not sure if street legal).

but even on the renesis, can't you just add another plate/rotor housing for a 3rd,4th,5th rotor?...or then do you have to make a new..um, crank(forgot the actuall name)?

heres a link to the info to the rx-9.
http://www.7tune.com/new-mazda-rx-7-next-rx-8-rx-9/

doesn't weigh much.

wait, should this be on another post/thread?

post them up man!!! we know that not every car can perform like an srt 4...j/k. i still like the rx8, i wouldn't buy one for drag racing, but they look like they would be a blast for scca, club, or autocross!!! i think they are great looking cars, though i do prefer the FD and would like to see it's return. post the info john, we want to see it.

YUP,lol.

well they're not gonna bring back the rx-7(remember they killed it off, and replaced it with rx-8).

but rejoice for the new better rx-9 is coming.

but i was thinking a 1.3L(yes i said 1.3l...you'll see what i mean if they make it) 4 rotor engine, i'd like to see that, lol.
