Hello Guys,
I need help.Basically Im trying to go LS-VTEC. I'm trying to piece out or should i say buy one thing at a time. I did a little research but still have no idea how to buy the stuff. I know for sure i need a head either from a gsr or B16 si. I don't know what characteristics to look for when buying a head. Any suggestion? or know anyone selling their head? can you guys also tell me what i need to go LS-VTEC basically from a stock LS. Thank you very much. |

If your current integra has the NON Vtec DOHC, a LS-Vtec head should fit, but your gonna need the ECU from vtec integra to make it work along with a few other wiring matters
as for turbos, Edelbrock has a turbo kit for the b16/18 series engines ive seen 10 second SOHC vtec's with this kit as well |

LS-VTEC has many different types of builds that you can approach, depending on you budget and / or desired power levels. Here is a short list of things you will need for this conversion
Budget build – This build while relatively cheap, should not be revved past 7500 too often. You need to take care as to not overrev the motor as you still have things that arent built for higher rpm. GSR head BLOX intake manifold ARP GSR / ITR Head Studs GSR timing belt LS Head gasket New cam seals x2 Intake mani gasket GSR 22 tooth VTEC water pump GSR OIL PUMP VTEC OIL KIT – We carry this item for 135 LS-B20 Rod bearing Kit – we carry ACL and King – needs Rod, main and thrust bearings Recommended build – You can thrash away at this build, and can do whatever you want to LS – B20 rod bolt set JDM P30 pistons – 190 for the set OEM piston rings New GSR girdle and ARP MAIN STUD KIT LS bottom end gasket kit Timing belt tensioner Valve cover gasket kit Vtec solenoid gasket Exhaust manifold gasket OEM ITR valve springs Hope this helps! Best of luck and let me know if you have any further questions.
