Default Stock Class Racing

I am a big fan of stock class racing. I was wondering if anyone else is a fan or does it? A friend of mine calls stock class racing “racing for people for don’t have any money” but I disagree. I plan to mod my Tiburon a little bit but I really want to get a 300ZX from the 90’s and mod the hell out of it and keep my Tiburon as a stock class/winter car (after all I live in Michigan). Any thoughts?

Actually the best thing to do is to start with a slow car so you learn how to take lines. More power doesnt make you a better driver. The best thing to do is play with your suspension, brakes and tires. Since you are in MI, why dont you go to Gingerman?

What kind of suspension are you running on your Tiburon right now?

Pretty much, but I for sure would change out at least pads and brake fluid. It's not hard to boil regular fluid as well as cooking the pads. But that's assuming you know how to push your car hard. If you been to a road coruse, just take it a little easy in the turns until you get the hang of it.
