Default Max boost on 420A?

Has anyone ran over 8 psi for an extended period of time on stock internals on the 420A? Max boost on built motor without upgraded computer and ignition system?

if there stock NON-forged internals, 8-9 psi is the MAX you can go

if the vehicle has forged internals, bump that shit up to 20 psi

ignition and ECU isnt really that necessary for a Stock turbo car

There are guys out there that run 12psi on stock motors with race gas, but they don't last very long. I think the record is like a year or two, and that's just doing it on the weekends. And most don't even make it that long.

we have pushed that motor to 8 psi on 91 octane, I wouldnt recommend going higher on CA piss water however.

yup, 10-12psi is my guess on the max. but then you'd lower your efficiency percentage.like running on 48-56%,lol. like safety i mean.
