Hey guys! I just bought myself a new ride on Saturday, (actually, my dad bought me a new ride
) its a 1991 Toyota MR2! Here are some pics:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() yes i AM in pajamas ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() He had some aftermarket pedals..he gave me the ones for the clutch and gas, I haven't decided whether I want to put them on, or take the brake one off... ![]() ![]() gotta furbish something to put there...guess i'll find some plexi and cut it to fit. ![]() not bad mileage! 97000 ![]() ![]() Gotta take the dash out and repaint it to black...the red looks kinda...off. Only major problems are the massive hole in the rear bumper (caulk it up I guess) and there is an electrical problem...the tach, gas gauge, temp, and battery meter, and A/C controls don't work...anyone have any ideas to the cause or how to fix? I'm hoping when the guy painted the dash red he bumped some wires loose...cuz he says its intermittent...lets hope! |

Yeah just take the dash off and try reinstalling everything. I'm sure it's just a loose wire some where in there that's all. Just a bad connection. If now you'll have to get a new dash and wiring or used. Shouldn't cost you more than $300 if so.

Thanks guys.
![]() It's a sick upgrade from my old car....a beater 1988 Subaru GL wagon, with 337k miles on it. The only redeeming factor was the 4WD ![]() I'm gonna rip the dash out this weekend, because I'm sure I'll need my dad's help and he's busy all week. ![]() Last edited by frozeneskimo : 05-28-2007 at 06:17 PM. |
