Oh you have emissions testing. Here your not supposed to have straight pipes, but they dont require emissions tests to be done. You can just get rid of the u-bend and resonator and you would be able to pass emissions. For subs just do something cheap...like some of the new Sony Explodes and toss an Explode amp on them. Thats cheap and they sound pretty decent. Its no where near as good as JL's or the higher end stuff, but it will get the job done.

Edit: I just read your profile. MTX isnt weak. Just get like a 600 or 800 watt 2 channel amp and you should be good. It wont, or should I say shouldnt, blow your subs and it will give them that extra kick.

Did they come in an MTX box? If they did then you should be able to take the screws out of them and pull them out. On the bottom of the subs is going to be the magnet and their should be some kind of serial number or model number on them. If you can get them I can help you out with picking another amp that way you dont have to spend $600 on a good system.

I meant $600 total. Not for each sub and the amp seperate.

Personally, I would go with the Rockfords. I have 4 12 inch P1's in my eclipse in my custom box and I'm hitting close to 200 decibals. And those are only 150 watts rms and 300 peak. 150 decibals is enough to make it feel wierd when you take in a breath. It's loud! Rockford has been around alot longer. It also depends what car you're putting it in. Regular trunk or a hatch. looks like yours is a reg in your exhaust vid. hatches are best cuz its all one area and it uses the inside of the car as its own sub box. but reg sounds good too. Rockfords are insane. Thats what i would choose.

I dont have a meter for measuring decibel levels at home. That is what the guys at the car stereo shop told me when i had them check it while they put my alarm in. He said it was 194. But I can give you a list of my setup and a video of it. I'll take a video a little later today and the list of subs and amps.
