can you make a turbo out of a leaf blower?

is it possible to make a leaf blower work as a turbo?
without blowing the engine?
i heard since it blows like 190mph wind its like boosting at 20psi
so can it be done?

You should search online for electronic superchargers. These units dont do too bad, and usually are found for the Dodge Avengers / Mitsubishi Galants applications.
