Default F22b2 or H22a?

Which engine can I get more HP from? Pros and cons of each engine? Which engine is better for turbo?

I have a 94 Lude.
When i bought it it had the SOHC F22. It pulled ok but to me it just lacked something. Felt like it didnt have good carry from 4000 rpm through redline.
After my first tour in Iraq I paid for a swap to a JDM H22. Now please understand this is just me and this is just my car but I deffinetly noticed a difference especially when the VTEC kicked in. Also, Form what i hear, if you build them up right and maintain them, H22s respond better to forced induction.

I was thinking about getting one from a junk yard or tearing one out of a smashed car....yeah I caught myself.
Try these

http://passwordjdm.com/index.aspx

http://www.nagasakijdmmotors.com/

http://www.jdmenginescorp.com/

at least you can get an idea of what you are looking at as far a money is concerned. Make sure that if you do descide to swap out get the whole deal. Engine+Tranny+ECU and any other brickabrack that needs to be converted over. I didnt do the proper research at first and ended up having to order more junk. It wasnt too hard for me since i ripped out cruise control and power steering and a/c anyway. A good idea would be to look in some swap forums or talk to a shop and look up what all has to be done for a swap.

is it for the accord?? my philosophy is .......... a f series car should stay with the f badge. H needs to stay in the lude. but hey its up to you ... do tons of research!! i got an accord . you can put in a f20b if you want 200+ hp with no boost. got questions?? i got answers!!! hit me up!
