Default restore ride to lowered 98 eclipse

HI i am in the process of selling my son's 98 eclipse RS. He put coilovers on the car and while it looks nice it rides terrible and thats putting it nicely. What do i need to do to restore the ride without spending more then a couple hundred dollars?

How about just trying to adjust the coilovers to a softer setting. It's usually with just a turn of a knob located on the coilovers.

I didn't think to ask if you tried adjusting them. If you can tell us the brand im sure some one here can tell you what to turn to adjust the setting. The shock towers are though are the assembly that the spring is mounted on. Here is a pic of what the should kinda look like

So are you saying there might be a seperate adjustment besides the threaded nut and lock nut that would make the shock itself softer or harder?

I My self don't know a lot about after market coil overs and such. I've never been able to afford them in the past. But they usualy are adjustable for height and stiffness i think. I'm going to leave off and let some one that really knows what there talking about answer this one though...
