Exclamation Need Help Engine Problems

I have a 95 honda civic, that I was driving in the rain, and it felt like it was bogging out, so i kept hitting on the gas, and it finally caught back on, and then drove a little while further and it did the same thing, except this time it stalled out, and it would start back up. Its like I can start it up, but as soon as it starts it dies, and if i dont turn back the key it wont even start at all, until i turn back the key, and then start it again, and it will start and then die again. I have tooken apart my distibutor cap, and had no moisture in it, and I have no idea what is wrong with my car. Could someone please help me out ASAP, and tell me if its a sensor or what? Thanks alot

actually i pulled the plugs out cranked it and no water came out. I used starting fluid on it and it started, but it started bogging out again and shaking bad, and then stalled again, and i couldnt get it going again. Could it be the fuel filter or fuel pump or what?
