Default Apexi AFC NEO on a 420a?

does anyone know if it is possible to run an apexi afc neo on an 98 eclipse rs with the 420a motor? and if so could you let me know of any good walk throughs for installation

try referencing some of the non turbo eclipse sites out there, you can also use the wiring diagram from a Neon, however your ECU is located in the engine bay, and no it is not the same as a TURBO eclipse. GL

i cant find a 420a ecu pinout diagram anywhere. If anyone has a link to an installation for the apexi neo on a 420a please let me know thanks

Im not sure if the ecu from 95 420a is same as 98

No, the afc's dont work on the 420a's. It sucks, but i've never read anything other than no it doesnt work. I was going to buy one, but i'm glad i didnt now! Good luck with your eclipse!

well i have the 420 a engine.if u get a few stop by an chek out my page.i DID indeed get the NEO hooked up an workin in my car.now setting the respectable ratios....?u can use the 98 diagram 4 refrence jus make sure its 4 a five speed.if not refer to the95-96 420 a ECU wire diagram it tells u what every wire is,but sum of the locations of pin points r diff on the 98 modle.jus make sure u sodder the connections becouse ur gonna have to make a new wire harness cuz ur ecu is under the hood nex to the intake,good luk
