This was the first pull, still using the standard fuel pressure regulator and almost running lean as a result. We did manage to push out 205hp with the same set up but slightly more boost. Next we took out the original and replaced it with a fully adjustable f-press. regulator. This way we were able to take it up a notch, all the way to 219.1hp and 261.5Nm of torque @ 1.4 bar on 98-octane pump fuel. I never use anything below 98, even though it costs € 1.3 / litre. Remember: this is only a 1.4 litre 8V single overhead camshaft 4-cylinder engine. All engine internals, head, injectors, afm, clutch, inlet- and exhaust manifolds being 100% stock, original Fiat parts. List of engine mods: Garrett GT28R turbo with 2,5" exhaust, no cat, FMIC, Green filter, HKS SSQV, Greddy Profec B-Spec 2, SEB 4.1 chip, NGK BCPR7ET plugs, 262-degree cam + adj. cam pulley, 7800rpm redline. Engine output as standard: 136hp / 205Nm @ 1.3 bar. Performance as standard: 0-100kph 7,9sec, top speed 205kph.
