Yes you can, but your motor is different than the turbo motors, you have a Chrysler 420A which is almost the same as the one in the Neons (slight differences but basically the same thing). So you need a Neon turbo kit that can fit in the engine bay of a Eclipse/Talon.

NOS would be easier, but not as enjoyable (IMO) as a turbo.

Here are some kits that will work for you:

yes, here is the link to hahn's eclipse/talon page. Made specifically to fit the eclipse and talon engine bays. http://www.hahnracecraft.com/auto/eclipse/eclipse.htm If it goes to the exhaust page, just click eclipse/talon in the column to the left and it'll go to the right page. Good luck! P.S. talk to Brad, not a question about that turbo that he has never been able to answer for me. Great customer support!

Hahn has made turbo kits for years for your car. But you have to remember if you are going to try and make serious power to it you will have to do some internal upgrades ie pistons, rods, rings etc.

get a nitrous kit, easier to install, same hp, it's only there when you need it therefore you won't be beating the snot out of it at every stoplight so in the end it will be easier on your motor

motor swap would be a whole lot of work for not much reward. Try looking into used turbo Eclipses, be a whole lot cheaper, easier and reliable

Agreed i paid $1200 for one with broken timing belt. Parts and machine work about 600 if you can do the labor yourself
