Default Valve cover gasket

I bought gasket, not oem. Loose fit. Is this normal? Is the a certain way to put in on?

It's supposed to be a little loose, and when you put it on it creates a seal.

You put it on the opposite of the way you took off the old one.

Actually, The reason for getting the gasket kit was to stop a oil leak I think is coming from the exhaust cam. Is that hard to fix? It's the cam closest to me on the left side. It has a black cover over it. Is it hard to replace?

There are little half moon gaskets that you can replace also... try the valve cover gasket first since you have that, and then take a pic of where it's leaking, and I can tell you which gasket to replace...

actually i think your engine has a full cover, and its plastic. If its leaking from there, its the rubber seals that have gone out that go around the plastic cover. Good luck man
