Honda CBR600RR 2005

One of our good customers came by to hang out, and after a bit of bullshitting, we decided to take a break, and modify his bike. He wanted to put on a exhaust system that he bought, but we thought it would be funner to make the exhaust ourselves. What better muffler to use than a $30 APC muffler??

Here is the original boring stock muffler

Here is the home of the new muffler

As you can see, it doesn't look very fun! Below we take some measurements and see if this monster of a muffler would fit.

Below is a picture of the APC muffler, and the muffler the customer originally had in mind. A little bit of a difference, yeah?

Below is a shot of the original muffler the customer wanted, in it's destination location.

Here is more test fitting of the new APC muffler.

Almost done!

Yay for turbo bikes!! I have a friend with a turboed busa.. MMM 9.5sec bike at altitude (8.5 for all you sea-level fans!)

Stock R6 can run 11.7 with the right rider up here. A stock busa can be into the 10's with a good rider.
