One of our good customers came by to hang out, and after a bit of bullshitting, we decided to take a break, and modify his bike. He wanted to put on a exhaust system that he bought, but we thought it would be funner to make the exhaust ourselves. What better muffler to use than a $30 APC muffler??
Here is the original boring stock muffler ![]() Here is the home of the new muffler ![]() As you can see, it doesn't look very fun! Below we take some measurements and see if this monster of a muffler would fit. ![]() Below is a picture of the APC muffler, and the muffler the customer originally had in mind. A little bit of a difference, yeah? ![]() Below is a shot of the original muffler the customer wanted, in it's destination location. ![]() Here is more test fitting of the new APC muffler. ![]() Almost done! ![]() Smokin! ![]() And below is the finished product: ![]() ![]() ![]() And, if you wanted to know what it sounds like... check out the clip below. |

Stock R6 can run 11.7 with the right rider up here. A stock busa can be into the 10's with a good rider.
