should be located iether in the middle of the passanger side next to ur genorator or on the side of your engine depends on engine size? should be 2 10mm bolts take em out disconnect wires !!!!

you mean his alt? been a wile sense cars had generators. but Off the top of my head i got nothing so. but what he said sounds close...

some cars have the sensor built into the distributor
