Default stock amp

i have a 01' ZX2 and i was told to put an aftermarket stereo in it i have to bypass the stock amp can any one help me with this

If you have a stock radio, I'm pretty sure your stock amp gets bypassed as soon as you yank the old stereo out of there

If you get a new stereo, you can use the built in amp in there... just wire the speakers up to it, or get a harness at the place you buy the stereo from.

I had the same problem with my old camry. I had a few options 1. rewire the speakers 2. by a custom wire harness for like 100 bucks more or 3. get an aftermarket amp. I just went and bought an amp
