Lightbulb porting throttle body and mass air flow meter

ls1 throttle body porting
required tools, small socket or whrench set, die grinder or equivalent, several variations in sand paper grit, small torx bit set, metal polish and a hack saw
1.remove throttle body from car
2. notice a ridge or raised bump in the throttle body just before the throttle plate
3. this is the part u will remove, DO NOT i repeat DO NOT under any circumstance grind the area under the throttle plate this will cause the car to idle extremely high.
4.take sharpey marker and mark the area were the throttle plate rests when closed. do not go beyond this point when grinding.
5. remove the throttle plate using a torx head bit
6. begin by using the die grinder to remove the excess metal hump in the throttle body.
7. once the hump is flush with the rest of the throttle body begin to work your way out toward the front opening the diameter up more as you go.
8. afetr the rough removal of the material, swicth to a sandpaper bit using a coarse grit.
9. work your way through smoother grits as high as 2000 grit. be sure the throttle is even flowing and smooth.
10.use metal polish and polish the metal to a shine
11. reinstall throttle plate and enjoy!

mass air flow porting
beware this could damage your MAF.
1. remove maf from car
2. seperate the maf by removing the 4 torx screws.
3 once apart do not touch the sensor wires. place the black plasic sensor piece in a safe clean area. (lay on a paper towel or napkin
4.gently push the screen from the inside.
5. now on both sides of the maf u will see a large piece in the middle
6. use a hacksaw to cut out the middle of the maf.( disassemble the saw, place blade in the maf, reassemble the saw.)
7. after doin this to both sides, use the die grinder to remove any metal left over.
8. smooth both side just as outlined in the part above for throttle body.
9. once both side or smoth polosh w/ metal polishing compound
10. reassemble the maf. again not touching the wires and sensors. reinsert the screen.
11. reinstall the maf on car.
note. if any surging occurs after the maf is reinstalled you have oil or dirt on the maf wires. try spraying w/ mass air flow meter cleaner. if your lucky.. itll work. if not well youll need a new maf. of tune in sd mode

Question Re: porting throttle body and mass air flow meter

I have a 91 camaro rs w/305 tbi, what does that do about the diffence in flow pressure, i,ve noticed with an inductive timing light, there are huge differences in the flow and spray pattern, on both the TBI injectors.
