Would you play for the RAIDERS for $50M as the #1 pick?!

If you were the clear cut #1 pick heading into draft, would you decide to enter the draft guaranteed you'll be drafted by the RAIDERS? Or would you actually give that up and intentionally stay in college for how many years it takes until the Raiders do not have the #1 pick? There might be some college players right now that are thinking about doing just that...
