Olds_Muscle's 1965 Oldsmobile F-85
My 1965 Oldsmobile F-85 has the 225 V6. I am putting chrome valve covers on it changing my gaskets powdercoating my oil pan chrome. Powder coating a new intake that will fit the 4 barrel. Or ill just throw a V8 in it. I have to have a friend do some body work for me. I am going to make a custom grill And remove the old one and both bumpers. This should get rid of about 150 pounds. I will remove most of my interior and put 2 bucket seats. I will remove both bench seats and the dash and put in new gauges. If i decide to keep the v6 i'll get rid of the Jet-a-way 2 speed transmission and put in a B.O.P TH-400. I want to upgrade the suspension bushings to all polyurethane and lower the car about 2 inches. i am going to replace the bumpers with fiberglass. I will weld the rear doors shut and gut them and remove the door handles and fill the body lines where the doors were. I want to change the diff on it to allow for more pickup. I will probable replace the hood and trunk with fiberglass also. I like to go fast.
