Subject: harmonic balancer
if I'm not mistaken there is a link you can take out of the chain on the balancer to remove the chain unless yours is belt driven then there should be a hydralic tensionor thats spring loaded if all else fails take a picture of the block and post it in you gallery then maybe I can help you better
