Ok, the absolute cheapest and most efficient and satisfying mod. Go to Pep BoyZ and get a replacement K&N air filter for your stock air-box. About $50 Not as good as CAI but no cutting by the battery to make a hole, no tearing apart your intake tubing and maf sensor to bolt eveything back together etc... This will net about 7-10hp and a major improvement in the sound of the engine. Plus it's cleanable with a filter cleaning kit and may impove MPG if you don't enjoy it too much.
