2005 Infiniti G35 Auto Dyno with K&N Air Filter

Customer bought a K&N Air Filter (http://www.prostreetonline.com/oem/air_filter.html) for his car, asked us to install it, and dyno his car before and after. Before the air filter was a stock piece.

The car is a 2005 Infiniti G35 with an automatic transmission.

We strap the car down.

We baseline the car. Note, there is no tuning done. The car is dyno'd as it came off the street.

With the stock air filter, the car dyno'd 226.80rwhp and 212.56 ft/lb of torque.

Next, we installed he K&N 33-2031 air filter into the G35. Install took 2 minutes.

With the K&N Filter Installed, the G35 put down 228.65rwhp and 209.84 ft/lb of torque.

The car has about 42,000 miles on it.
